Most mothers are not lacking love. They are lacking support.

I built the Embodied Motherhood programme to offer mothers an opportunity to re-do their life as a mother. A life where they no longer have to simply “cope better.” Instead, you will learn how to regulate your nervous system, how to understand your emotional triggers, how to reconnect with your identity, soften the guilt and pressure, create healthier boundaries, feel safer within yourself again - AND experience motherhood with more calm and self-compassion.

This is not about becoming a perfect mother.

It is about becoming a supported one.

A Mind-Body Approach To Motherhood Support

This coaching experience combines nervous system support, embodiment practices, emotional coaching, yoga therapy tools, and compassionate guidance to support mothers through the emotional realities of motherhood.

Together, we work with both:

Stress, overstimulation, anxiety, guilt and emotional exhaustion live within the nervous system and the body too.

This work helps mothers understand themselves differently, support themselves differently, and move through motherhood with more awareness, regulation and softness.

Meet Emily

I’m Emily Gold, a Yoga Therapist, Parenting Coach, Doula and Educator with a background in psychology and public health.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked with women through pregnancy, postpartum, nervous system support, embodiment work, yoga therapy and emotional wellbeing.

As a mother myself, I know firsthand how overwhelming modern motherhood can feel.

I also know how isolating it can be when you deeply love your children but no longer feel connected to yourself.

This work was created because mothers deserve support that is compassionate, honest and deeply human.

A space where they no longer have to carry everything alone.
