What if I feel guilty for needing support as a mother?

You are not alone in feeling that way. Many mothers have been taught to believe they should be able to manage everything on their own. But needing support does not mean you are failing, it means you are human. Embodied Motherhood Space was created to offer mothers a compassionate space where they can feel supported, understood and emotionally held without judgment.

Is this therapy?

No. Embodied Motherhood Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. It is a supportive coaching and mind-body approach that combines nervous system support, embodiment practices, yoga therapy tools, emotional guidance and practical support for the realities of motherhood. The space is designed to help mothers feel more grounded, supported and connected to themselves again.

I love my children deeply, but I still feel overwhelmed sometimes. Is this space really for me?

Absolutely. In fact, many mothers who join feel exactly this way. Loving your children and struggling emotionally can exist at the same time. This space was created specifically for mothers who carry the invisible weight of overstimulation, guilt, emotional exhaustion, pressure and identity shifts while still deeply caring for their families.
